| Voice: when you tap the mic, the app records your voice (at most 30 seconds) and sends it through our server to Sarvam AI, a speech-to-text service. Only the text is kept; we do not store the recording. The text then goes through a word-correction step (by our AI provider, Anthropic) for railway words, and you see it before it is used. If Sarvam is not available, the phone’s own speech service (on most Android phones, Google) is used instead. Some data stays only on your phone: drafts, reminders, documents you scan in PDF Desk, and items waiting for network. Where it is storedडेटा कहाँ रहता है
Data — including your records, photos and letter PDFs — is stored on Supabase, a hosted database and file storage service. Your choicesआपकी मर्ज़ी
You can refuse or turn off camera, location, microphone and notification permissions in your phone’s settings. Parts of the app that need them (for example QR attendance) will then not work, but the rest keeps working.कैमरा, लोकेशन, माइक और नोटिफ़िकेशन की अनुमति आप फ़ोन की सेटिंग में मना कर सकते हैं या बंद कर सकते हैं। तब जिन हिस्सों को इनकी ज़रूरत है (जैसे QR हाज़िरी) वे नहीं चलेंगे, बाक़ी ऐप चलता रहेगा।
How to ask for deletionडेटा हटवाने के लिए क्या करें
- Email info@railmate.co.in with the subject “Delete my RailMATE account”, or ask your engineer to send it for you.info@railmate.co.in पर “Delete my RailMATE account” विषय से ईमेल करें, या अपने इंजीनियर से भिजवाएँ।
- Write your account ID and name. If you want only some data removed (for example your mobile number), say which.अपनी अकाउंट ID और नाम लिखें। अगर सिर्फ़ कुछ डेटा हटवाना है (जैसे मोबाइल नंबर), तो बताएँ कौन-सा।
- We may check that the request really comes from you, and we finish it within 30 days.हम जाँच सकते हैं कि माँग सच में आपकी है, और 30 दिन के अंदर काम पूरा करते हैं।
- Your sign-in, mobile number and notification tokens are deleted.
